Refund Policy

DOĞADAN ÇİFTLİĞİ ÇİFTLİK YÖNETİM SİSTEMLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") values customer satisfaction for our Sürü Takibi AI-powered automatic herd counting system service ("Service"). This Refund Policy explains the refund conditions applicable to the different sales models of our Service.

This Refund Policy covers the User's right to a refund without stating any reason, separate from performance-related refund situations specified in our Terms of Use. In the case of a performance-related refund under the conditions specified in the Terms of Use, no fee deduction will be made.

1. Refund Request Process and General Conditions

1.1. Submitting a Refund Request:

1.2. Refund Period:

Following the approval of your refund request by our Company, your refund will be processed within 7 (seven) business days.

1.3. Refund Method:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

1.4. Termination of Service Access and Deletion of Software:

  • Upon completion of the refund process, the User's access to the Service will be automatically terminated.
  • If the purchase of the Service required the installation of special software on any device belonging to the User (computer, mobile device, etc.), all copies of this software must be permanently deleted from all devices under the User's control before the refund is issued. The User is obliged to provide the Company with the necessary access, remote connection, or confirmation for the completion of this deletion process.
  • Following the termination of the Service and the issuance of the refund, it is strictly prohibited for the User to possess, use, or distribute any files, software, or copies belonging to the Service or its components on any device belonging to themselves or others. In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the User agrees to be liable for compensating the Company for any and all damages and losses that may arise.

2. Refund Conditions for Lifetime Use Sales

2.1.

Users who have purchased the Service with a lifetime use model can request a refund without stating any reason within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.

2.2.

In such a refund request, a deduction of 30% (thirty percent) will be made from the total amount to be refunded due to additional work performed, such as customizing the Service for the User's farm, additional AI model training, and special parameter configuration.

2.3.

The remaining amount after the deduction will be refunded to the User within the general conditions specified in Article 1.

3. Refund Conditions for Subscription System Sales

3.1.

Users who have purchased the Service with a monthly, 6 (six) month, annual, or other periodic subscription model can request a refund without stating any reason within 7 (seven) days from the start date of the subscription (or renewal date). This right to a refund is valid once for each new subscription period.

3.2.

In such a refund request, a deduction will be made from the amount to be refunded due to additional work performed, such as customizing the Service for the User's farm, additional AI model training, and special parameter configuration. This deduction amount is calculated as 50% (fifty percent) of the standard monthly subscription price currently valid on our Company's website's "Prices" page.

3.3.

Even if the User has purchased a long-term subscription, such as annual or 6-monthly, the refund deduction fee will be determined based on the current standard monthly subscription price, as stated above. For example, for a payment made for an annual subscription, 50% of the standard monthly subscription price will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3.4.

The remaining amount after the deduction will be refunded to the User within the general conditions specified in Article 1.

4. Situations Outside the Scope of Refund

The following situations are generally outside the scope of a refund (performance-related refund rights specified in the Terms of Use are reserved):

  • Exceeding the 7-day refund period specified in this policy.
  • Termination of the service as a result of the User's violation of the Terms of Use.

5. Changes

The Company reserves the right to change or update this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time. Significant changes to the policy will be notified to the User by sending a notification to the User's registered email address or by making an announcement on our website before they take effect.
